highlights of my life. They are a joy to be around, and I wouldn’t trade it for
any amount of money. I know you may be wondering what does this have to do with
Just the other day we went to Strasburg, Pa., and we enjoyed a ride on
the Strasburg railroad, and then we went into the train museum right across the
We chose the dining car for the train ride, and we had our lunch on the
train. What a wonderful experience for all of us. My daughter and I had a pork
bar b que sandwich and Jonathan had a peanut butter , and jelly sandwich, all
served with potato chips, a drink and a chocolate chip cookie.
Then it was on to the museum they had a miniature train set up, and
from there they have a room set up for young children to push buttons, and play
with toy trains. It was great for a 3 year old. Once we were able to get him out
of the toy room, we moved on to all of the huge trains they have. You are able
to walk through some of them, look into some of them and walk under one of them.
It was an interesting and fun day.
The Strasburg Railroad offers a great deal of fun and educational
things for all ages.
